    C.  We were gifted some random tutorial books, two bass amps, a keyboard, and stand to donate to a school last month, from the Friend of a local musician, Scott Keeton, who recently passed away.  They are stored at our Pal, Derek Jordan’s home until we find the school in need to deliver them to.

Jessica will first contact her school to see if they are in need of the donations & look into other schools, if needed.

    Item 2: Vice President’s Report (Jessica P.):

    • A.   Will be out of town Tuesday, July 1st during our next ‘virtual’ Officers’ meeting. We are not planning to schedule the meeting despite the proximity to the 4th of July holiday.
    • B.   Added to the ‘local upcoming events’ calendar.  Jess G. to share each month’s list to avoid Jess P. doing double duty.
    Item 3:  TREASURER’S REPORT (Paige):
    • ·        Met with Robert S. – provided payment for Shakedown sales. Returned unsold merchandise. Discussed T-shirt sales and logistics for next year. Robert suggested we consider hiring help next year (maybe teens or those needing ‘volunteer’/community service hours for school, etc.). Our sales were less than last year (only about 1/3), likely due to location of our table – towards the back of Shakedown near the stage, that Shakedown was exclusively outdoors, and that there were more vendors this year. Last year Shakedown was primarily inside, our table located at the entrance with maximum visibility. Volunteers enjoyed our location this year.
    • ·        2025 DUES/Member updates
    • End of June is the last time to be able to pay the half-year, 6-month Membership for $60/per person or $100/same household couple.  (July-Dec.)  After that, Membership can be paid monthly & would need to be paid ($10/ea. Month) by the ‘first Tuesday’ of that particular month. This way, monthly ‘member-credit’ is earned for monthly lotteries, etc.
    • We will make a $50/6 month deal for those that pay by June 15th. Jessica to make a Facebook post to advertise the ‘special’.
    • ·       PEF Scholarship update: As of May 2nd, applicants have been notified of their status. They were asked to confirm their acceptance of the scholarship. More info TBA – Paige to follow up.
