    Next Meeting(s):  April 2, 2024 (Virtual for Officers/Committee Heads)

                                        &

May 7, 2024 (In-person for Officers/Committee Heads, after Memorial Tree event @ Village Pub, Sunset)

  • February 08, 2024 11:19 AM | Angela Carlson (Administrator)
    • Date: February 6, 2024

    • Meeting Start: 7:11 PM

      Location: Virtual (Officers)

      Attendees:  Jessica G., Greg S., Paige T., Angela C.

    • Item 1: President’s Report (Jessica): “We’re off to a good start to 2024!”

    • A.   Our first LVJBS show, CUBENSIS, was a success! The band members had a great time and were happy to return to Las Vegas. Approximately 148 tickets were sold and 80 tickets with House Seats. We anticipate receiving payment in the next few weeks.
    • B.   The BBLV shows and the comp tickets went well.  All recipients showed up except one who will be removed from the next available ticket-comp lottery. I will continue to create Google Forms for future Lotteries since that seemed to work well.
    • C.   I was able to leave a Fundraising brochure with the box office of BBLV.  JT will also mail one in.
    • D.   Left a message & sent an email follow-up for Lanice at KUNV regarding what they can do for advertisement help for $200.  Awaiting a return call/email. We hope to promote membership for LVJBS.
    • E.   Liani and her company JUKE HOUSE have been a wonderful help in sharing the info from the Facebook page to our WildApricot members’ emails.  Liani is now an honorary member. At the next meeting, we will vote to create a Social Media Committee and nominate her as the Committee Head.
    • F.   Liani has added the LVJBS as an LVBS sponsor for their website we will do the same.
    • G.   The two FLUTES we have had donated from one of the SaddlesNSpurs patrons will be brought to my school’s music directors to send to the repair/check-up shop (Kessler & Sons) to let us know if they can do a little tune-up or let us know what might be needed before our Springtime donation to the High School band.  More info TBD.
    • H.   We need to pick a date for the Officers/Committee Heads to go to the Gutzats’ to work on the ‘Archive’ database/pot-luck.
    • I.   The last two Adopt-a-Highway events were canceled due to weather. One possibility is to schedule work on ‘Archive’ database and Adopt-a-Highway event on same day.
    • J.   Attended the LVBS’s Membership Appreciation Luncheon @ The Composer’s Room in the Commercial Center on East Sahara.  This room has a great stage area with moveable tables for a close-up dance floor space and a bar in a separate area from the stage (possibly for all-age events?) The food from the chefs, that the LVBS provided, was very enjoyable.  The room seems to open in the evenings at 5 PM for music/dinner, but could possibly be rented out for evening events or daytime events like the LVBS Membership event (1 PM-5 PM). The LVBS had photos shared on the screen from their past year’s events/celebrations while folks were entering and mingling.  Also, had projected photos being shared while the musicians were performing.  The LVBS President shared a slideshow of their 2023 recap, their sponsors, and their membership list of names, and gave the LVJBS and myself a shout-out about wanting a future collaboration. Could this be a possible venue?
    • K.     Venues to check out:  Craig Ranch Amphitheater and the Beverly Theater.
    • L.     Our Mayor, Shana, has mentioned what she can be doing to help out more as Mayor instead of simply ‘choosing the safety-alert color’.  Thoughts:  LVJBS Meet-up-at-the Movies for the upcoming BOB MARLEY movie?  Maybe contacting Regal Theaters or Brenden Theaters of the Palms Casino for a 10-pack of tickets to lottery off & make a ‘Meet-up-at-the Movies’ event for the LVJBS to attend? And/or contacting the mentioned new venues (Composer’s Room, Beverly Theater, Craig Ranch) regarding pricing or sharing some of the door proceeds for future events?
    • M.   The Google Spreadsheet will soon be made with a list of upcoming local events where we can ALL jump in the ‘live document’ and add notes of what has been done/what’s still needed so it helps with communicating the tasks.
    • N.  Robert Shatzer has been communicating with us via Facebook Messenger in regards to him organizing a large ‘Shakedown Street’ event in a ballroom-size area (possibly the Venetian) for many Deadheads to set up in over the Dead & Co. residency.  Sent him the ‘DreamFactory’ flyer (3500 sq. ft. event space) that Jerome Baker and Jen Krause had advertised.  He has also been invited to our March public meeting (Tuesday, March 5th, 7 PM—Location - Rocky’s). Our last correspondence was that things were moving in a positive direction for him, but nothing more to report.
    • O.  We are working with Jon at Blackspy Marketing to get fliers and other promotional material for Bender Jamboree.
    • P.   Phish/Dead & Co. after shows: We spoke of possible Phish live Stream before after shows.
    • Item 2: Vice President’s Report & PRODUCTION Report (Greg):

    • A.    Tanner of Eminence Ensemble & Josh Eckhaus of The Great Divide (Phish Tribute) made contact to our LVJBS Facebook messenger in regards to a Dead & Co. aftershow(s). Greg plans to put them in touch with the Sand Dollar.
    • B.    Dogs In a Pile are a consideration for Friday, April 19 for Phish afterparty. We discussed options for a venue. 24-Oxford is already booked.
    • C.    Live Stream Phish during Sphere shows – Angela will make contact Phish regarding options for legally streaming to large groups.
    • D.    Shaky Feeling – Did not work out as a Phish afterparty at the Sand Dollar. We are considering a 2-day event sometime in March at Garage-Mahal and will discuss with Matt & Diane.
    • E.    Wall of Sound – They have booked a venue on Fremont Street for afterparty after first Phish show at the Sphere. They might need additional help with ticket sales/ advertising.
    • Item 3:  Treasurer’s Report (Paige):

    • A.    $33.26, from 8-housholds have signed up with Smiths as part of our community outreach using their Smith’s rewards number.  Greg will do more research on what additional businesses give proceeds to non-profits that we could participate in.
    • B.     Decided to keep same box instead of the option of paying less. This will help us in having to change out addresses & info for the current box
    • C.     22 albums in the Archive were sold for $100 to member Keith K.
    • D.    We need to confirm how much we can donate for scholarship money after figuring out if any monies are coming our way from the Tecopa Takeover raffle.
    • Item 4: Secretary’s Report (Angela):

    • A.    Jessica provided her agenda to Angela to help with meeting notes.

       Item 5:  Mayor’s Report (Shana)

Item 1: President’s Report (Johnnie):   “Okay, Folks…Let’s get ‘er started!”

    A. Thank you to all of the 2023 Officers and Committee Heads for all they did for the LVJBS this past year.  It’s been a great year of trying to throw various events and other attempts to raise monies.

    B. Recap of November’s Tech-needs:

Before year’s end, we are hoping to ensure the ‘procedural things’ are in place, according to the Bi-Laws.  We will ensure that the monthly meetings are held for the elected Officers and Committee heads (possibly via Zoom) and the Members’ meetings are taking place quarterly (at random local locations). At the December 2023 meeting, we will review the Bi-Laws and give a refresher to those who may need it and share its info with the new elected Officers. We will also ensure a review of each Officers’ duties is had (e.g. Current President has been handling the Tech needs (emails of events, etc.), Social Media Chair to handle the Twitter, IG, Facebook announcements, etc.)

WildApricot has an option for TEXT MESSAGING our members and/or EMAIL.  A notification will be sent, asking members if they are ‘willing to accept text messages’.  (Pricing was originally $30 and is now $15/year).  Texting prices vary:  $6/month (or $.04/message).  WildApricot is currently costing us $140/month.  More details TBD.

PRESIDENT:  Johnnie Tolson, VICE PRESIDENT:  Greg Serensits, TREASURER:  Paige Tolson, SECRETARY:  Jessica Grant, MAYOR:  Shannon Stark

    Elected 2024 Officers:

PRESIDENT:  Jessica Grant, VICE PRESIDENT:  Greg Serensits, TREASURER:  Paige Tolson, SECRETARY:  (pending: Jessica Grant elected, but can only hold one Office.) MAYOR:  Shana Bachman

D.JT to send the other five 2024 Mayor Nominees an email to see if one of them would like to become our Secretary and help with those needs since the Secretary Office is again open.  We will have another voting session to determine who the group would like to support for this change.  The new Officer will be announced before our January 2nd meeting.

    E. IT-Committee Head position is needed.  Group voted & all ‘Ayes of the World’ support this new position to assist the Officers with the Technology needs.  For now, the current Secretary (Jessica) will create a GoogleDoc and share it with the LVJBS Team to help identify ‘what tasks are needed’ & ‘what tasks are done’. We feel this will help with communication amongst tasks.

    F. JT made contact with Harrison Ezratty (RELIX magazine promotor) about needing any assistance at the upcoming Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas (BBLV) shows in exchange for comp-tickets to jam band-events.  Upcoming:  Keller Williams, Pink Talking Fish, Lettuce, Matisyahu (More info TBD)

Item 2: Vice President’s Report & PRODUCTION Report (Greg):

    1. Ready to keep on the ‘same track’ for 2024—helping with Production & am ready to work with the 2024 President, Jessica, to do so.  Goals to get the recently mentioned GOLF TOURNAMNET event done in 2024, as well as finding a new venue to host shows in will be the main focus.
    2. LVJBS Holidaze Party is almost here!  Greg will not be in town for this event, but has been working with the venue, getting the last minute needs done. Dan R. to help with sound. (JT, Paige, & Angela will be getting to the venue before the ‘doors open’ to ready the table, raffle tickets, etc.) The event is   SATURDAY, DECEMBER 9th.  Event will be a $20 donation, with $5 of that price going towards a 50/50 Raffle Ticket.  (Group decided to only have the one 50/50 Raffle for this event.) This will be a BYOB & BYOFood event.  Supervised children are welcomed.

    Approximate agenda of events:

    1:00 PM:  Doors open

    2-3:00:  PITCHFORK

    3:30-6:30:  CATFISH JOHN

    6:30-9:00:  Acoustic Campfire Session/Clean-up

    C.   The created STATIC STICKER will be free to all paid attendees of the Holidaze Event ($2/each for additional or future sales). Also, thanks to David DeGroot for his colored-hand-flyer that will be available for those to have as a keepsake.

    PRODUCTION REPORT (Greg):

    A.  We are glad that the rumored ‘PHISH BOWL’ at the Sphere is happening!  April 18-21, 2024.

    B.  Spoke with PINK TALKING FISH who will be playing the BBLV on Sunday, January 28th. They don’t plan on bringing their ‘backline’ and asked if any local band would be able to ‘open’ for them, allowing their use of equipment.  Greg reached out to a few of our local bands and none were interested for that date.  Dave B. spoke with the DUNE BABOONS.  They don’t use a keyboard, so unsure what will be decided.  (Greg to ask Eric of PTF to create a list of backline needs so we can assist with this event.)

    C.   A PHISH-BOWL after-party is definitely a thought for a successful event.  We contacted both Nathan and the SandDollar LV and Andrew at Virgin Hotel’s Oxford24, yet didn’t hear back, in regards to helping promote an event for the late night of Friday, 4/19.

We were contacted by Darren (former Particle Drummer) who is interested in having his current band, WALL OF SOUND, play an after show & Jeff from SHAKY FEELIN’.  Groups voted on SHAKY FEELIN’ having more of a fan base, which would make for a successful after party event.  (More details TBD.)

(We are assuming Pete Shapiro (of the Brooklyn Bowl) might be working on something at the nearby, in walking-distance from the Sphere, BBLV.  We will await further updates to decide any involvement.)

    D.   CUBENSIS is playing in Tempe, AZ on Thursday, 2/1 & asked about possibly coming here on Friday, 2/2.  (Suggested they make contact with the SandDollar for their band’s price-offer plus tips, since we don’t have a great venue option at this time.)

    Item 3:  Treasurer’s Report (Paige):

    • A.  We had 8 pre-pay already for the Holidaze Party.
    • B.  We raised $24 for the Bundt cakes at Tecopa & $140.42 for the SAVERS FUNDrive collected donations

    SEPTEMBER 2023 LVJBS Meeting Minutes

    Date: September 5, 2023

    Meeting Start: 7:05 PM

    Location: Rocky’s Bar & Grill

    Attendees:  Johnnie T., Paige T., Jessica G., Shannon S., Brett R., Basia Y., Stephen Y., Shelly H., Scott J.

Item 1: President’s Report (Johnnie): “Let’s get started!”

    A. The ‘Corporate Sponsor Brochure’ is almost ready for printing. Jessica to help with printing the first set.  We will be hand-printing the envelopes for a more-personal feel.  We will need to price printing, get envelopes and postage.

    B.   Officer Elections for 2024: Be on the lookout for a future email (by month’s end) which will have a SURVEY along with a detailed email about the various LVJBS offices, the election process, and the annual dues payment options/discounts.

    C. The Wild Apricot site now has an APP in the GooglePlay store.  There is a new ‘fundraiser’ section within the APP, a QR code for ticketing option, & ability to opt-in for text messages/emails/both.

    D. (No new update) Been chatting with Michelle Harris at the Pioneer Saloon.  They have welcomed us to choose a future date (we’re now looking into October for better, cooler weather) for one of their 12 PM- 4 PM events where a ‘specialty drink’ will be advertised and those who purchase it, will help raise monies for the LVJBS—a portion of the drink’s proceeds will come back to the LVJBS.   More info TBA.

Item 2: Vice President’s Report & PRODUCTION Report (Greg via JT):

    A. REMINDER: The mentioned Golf Tournament is now looking at an October Sunday date of Oct. 15th or 22nd.  The golf course is asking for us to send them the decided date once we have a 16 player team confirmed.  The group rate would be cheaper than the $50-$75 local rate.

    B.  Reminder of event: Local sponsors/ads at each hole with percentages of the sign-ups going back to the LVJBS. They have a small P.A. system/stage area, which could host a small band (i.e. Pitchfork), or performer/duo.  Hoping we can get some donations for raffles and possible prize monies that could be shared.  The goal is that music fans/golfers can get together with other music fans/golfers to have some fun.  Finalized details TBD.

    C.  UPDATE:  Regarding the mentioned Facebook link for the ‘Virtual Tip Jar’ created to help gain some extra funds for those who were unable to throw some monies in during our reunion event—Thoughts are to send 50% of any donations to the Maui/Lahaina disaster instead of the ‘reunion’ fund.

    D.  (No new update) PINK TALKING FISH is working with the Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas for a Sunday, January 28th event.  They would be coming our way without their equipment and are asking us to help them find local musicians/band who would like to ‘open’ their show and allow them to utilize their instruments and backline.  Greg to contact David B. and get him in touch with Eric Gould of Pink Talking Fish/Particle.  (Our first contact thoughts to contact are PITCHFORK, then, CATIFSH JOHN, or possibly MOKSHA.)  More details TBD.

    Item 3:  Treasurer’s Report (Paige):

    • A.   The FUNDrive program from SAVERS consignment stores info/contact name will be given to our VP, Greg, to proceed with fundraising.
    •
    • B.  Nothing Bundt Cakes have a fundraising option which either sells their Bundtlet cakes at one of our events, making us a small profit.  More details and the event TBD.
    •
    • C.   The PEF (Public Education Foundation) made contact with us in regards to ‘opting-in’ for the 2024 Scholarship (Peter J. Porter, $500 for a selected music major).  We opted in for one (possibly more depending on funds) of the $500 scholarships.

    Item 4: Secretary’s Report (Jessica):

    • A.   We had confirmation and the go-ahead from Jeremy @ JamminOn for the discussed ‘Howie Green’s Music Collection Silent Auction’ event.  SATURDAY, Sept. 16th (4:20 PM-7:10 PM) will work.  We are hoping to play music from a sound system playing some of Howie’s collection.  We would use his great table space to display the memorabilia, with clipboards for those to make their bids (Scott J., a new meeting attendee, has offered lending us clipboards for the silent auction.)  Jessica & the Tolsons will get over to the venue early to ready the memorabilia. (Jessica/Paige to order the large, clear zip-bags for display.)

    AUGUST 2023 LVJBS Meeting Minutes

    Date: August 1, 2023

    Meeting Start: 7:01 PM

    Location: Crown & Anchor

    Attendees:  Johnnie T., Paige T., Jessica G., Shannon S., Greg S., Brett R., David D.

Item 1: President’s Report (Johnnie): “Happy Birthday, Jerry!”

    A. Adam Peiken added some visual graphic help to the ‘Corporate Sponsor Brochure’. We were able to use David DeGroot’s fabulous desert graphics & the final edits are being done.  Jessica to help with printing the first set.  We will be hand-printing the envelopes for a more-personal feel.  We will need to get envelopes and postage.

    B. We decided on the tentative date to work with Jeremy @ JamminOn for the discussed ‘Howie Green’s Music Collection Silent Auction’ event.  Jessica to contact Jeremy in regards to a SATURDAY, Sept. 16th (4:20 PM-7:10 PM) event with a sound system playing some of Howie’s collection.  We would use his great table space to display the memorabilia, with clipboards for those to make their bids.  Confirmation of date and more details to be announced.

    C.  The Wild Apricot site had a recent survey, yet wasn’t working correctly.  We will look into that and complete what’s needed.

    D.  We will have a LVJBS table for the upcoming, Saturday, August 5th  ‘One More Saturday Night’ CATFISH JOHN Shakedown event at the SandDollar Las Vegas.  We will have a 50/50 Raffle (with half going to the chosen raffle winner & the other half back to the LVJBS), keychains to share, old posters to give for a donation-cost, & an early-bird 2024 dues special.  Volunteer sign-up to work a 30 minute shift at the table will be sent to the LVJBS Team (Jessica to make post/gather names).

    E.  Been chatting with Michelle Harris at the Pioneer Saloon.

Item 2: Vice President’s Report & PRODUCTION Report (Greg):

    A. The mentioned Golf Tournament is now looking at an October Sunday date of Oct. 15th or 22nd.  The golf course is asking for us to send them the decided date once we have a 16 player team confirmed.  The group rate would be cheaper than the $50-$75 local rate. More details TBD.

    B. Still hoping to get the Facebook link for the ‘Virtual Tip Jar’ created to help gain some extra funds for those who were unable to throw some monies in during our reunion event.

     C. PINK TALKING FISH is working with the Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas for a Sunday, January 28th event.

    D. A recent discovery was the new BEVERLY THEATER (a new local venue, downtown on 6th Street) which was donated by its former owner to the city of Las Vegas in the hopes that local, live events would take place with no cover charges over $10.  Mention of a possible LVJBS Holiday Party (maybe with Catfish John) to be held there if the space could be rented out for our event for either dates of Saturdays Dec. 2nd or 9th, yet, after attending the MegaScopes CD Release Event at FERGESEN’S DOWNTOWN, Greg wants to contact them to see if that might be a good option, as well. More info TBD.

    Item 3:  Treasurer’s Report (Paige)

    A.  Paige &/or Jessica going still planning to follow through with the box of albums from Howie Green’s Collection and see what the record stores would want to buy and those that we will use for the future ‘Silent Auction’.  More info TBD.

    Item 4: Secretary’s Report (Jessica)

    A. Edits for the ‘Corporate Brochure’ were given to JT & printing to happen once edited.

    Item 5:  Mayor’s Report (Shannon):

    • A.  Still looking into the 3-Degree Guarantee, which works with local non-profits to raise money when the weather forecast is out of the 3-degree forecasted range. Shannon to contact News3 with the needed paperwork/LVJBS info to get this started once the ‘Corporate Brochure’ is finalized.
    • B.   Met with a music fan, Jerrilyn who inquired about seeing CATFISH JOHN.  She asked about the best way (non-technology:  website/social media) to know about local music events.  Shannon hoping to get email and/or text ‘blasts’ sent out before events to those who prefer those reminders.  A clipboard will be at the Catfish John event to gather names/emails/numbers.
    • C.   COLOR:  AMBER

Item 1: President’s Report (Johnnie): “We can get started!”

    A. We are working on a survey to be sent to our Officers and Members which the received data will be collated to help us easily see a breakdown of info to help us with future membership and collaboration with others. Some of the questions would be:

    • ·         Have you ever volunteered at a LVJBS event?
    • ·         Have you ever purchased LVJBS merch?
    • ·         Have you ever received a prize from the LVJBS?
    • ·         What type of music do you like to hear live?

    • ·         Have you ever ran for a LVJBS Office?  Held an Officer position?
    • ·         Ever attended a monthly meeting?
    • ·         What prices are you willing to spend for a live music event?
    • ·         How much would you pay for two events?
    • ·         Belong to any other non-profits?
    • ·         Have you ever referred a friend to the LVJBS?
    • ·         Comments, etc.?

    B. We have been looking into finding Corporate Sponsors who like supporting local non-profits for their tax purposes so have been drafting a Sponsor-Brochure that will easily be distributed to find these supporters.  Draft is now being edited & will be given to Adam Peiken for some visual graphic help, using David DeGroot’s fabulous desert graphics that were recently created and shared.

    C. Recently, JT was on the KUNV 91.5 FM station during their monthly ‘National Non-Profit Fundraising Day’ radio show where non-profits get to share information about themselves and get matched donations ‘if’ listeners want to support their cause.  We mentioned our support for George Lyons’ radio show and George’s LVJBS connection.  Ashton Ridley, from KUNV, has emailed back and wants to reconnect in the fall.  We will touch base with George Lyons to see if we can purchase a possible ad to play in his weekly radio show.  More info TBD.

    D. Will touch base again with Jeremy @ JamminOn to work on a future collaboration by having a local band or two play for a donation/door cover charge to help raise some funds, while supporting his great store.  (We have been approved for the future ‘Howie Green’s Music Collection Silent Auction’ event.  More details/date TBD and hoping for late summer/early fall depending on temps for the outdoor gig.)

    E. SaddlesNSpurs contacted us for a June 10th event.  We declined sponsoring this since we don’t have any interested bands who want to play a Sunday event right now.

Item 2: Vice President’s Report & PRODUCTION Report (Greg):

    • ·         A. Spoke with MARCUS REZAK recently in AZ about our thought of him coming to play a future Vegas show with his two bands.  Unfortunately, his requirements and numbers are unreachable for us right now, so ensured him that when He is near Las Vegas or coming through Vegas again to touch base with us for helpful advertisements or volunteering for his gigs.
    •
    • ·         B. The Facebook link for the ‘Virtual Tip Jar’ will soon be created to help gain some extra funds for those who were unable to throw some monies in during our reunion event.
    •
    • ·         C. The mentioned ‘BritFloyd’ tribute band had asked for a high price & were connected to Andrew Cortney.
    •
    • ·         D. The mentioned Golf Tournament is still in the works!  Spoke with Freddy @ Angel Park who supports this idea of 4 groups of 4 golfers.  Local sponsors/ads at each hole with percentages of the sign-ups going back to the LVJBS. Thoughts of it being a Saturday/Sunday event with a music venue involved so a small band can play and prize monies would be shared.  Hoping that musician-golfers can get together with music fans to play rounds with one another.  More details TBD.

    Item 3:  Treasurer’s Report (Paige):

    • ·         A. The PEF Scholarship (Public Education Foundation) hasn’t had more contact with us since the last correspondence.  (Jessica sent a ‘thank you card’ to Tecopa Productions for their help in sponsorship.)
    •
    • ·         B. There is a box of albums from Howie Green’s collection that Paige is going to get out of the garage heat and over to Greg’s house so they can be sorted into a sell/auction/donate pile so it can be easily readied for the future Silent Auction event.

    Item 4: Secretary’s Report (Jessica):

    • ·         A. Thanks to all who helped make last month’s ‘LVJBS Memorial Tree’ Dedication event a success.  We are hoping to make it a future event (possibly the first weekend in May, each year).
    •
    • ·         B. Have been corresponding with Stephanie Lopez, the new person in charge of N*Dot’s Adopt-A-Highway program about our missing roadside sign. Thoughts of having our area moved to be further down the HWY 564 were mentioned to avoid the ‘vandalism/graffiti’ of the sign which is currently near the ‘Wheel of Misfortune’ art area across the way.  I suggested us trying our sign once more at the ‘original area’ due to the safer roadside parking area for our Members in the hopes it doesn’t continue to get vandalized.  Ms. Lopez agreed and has our sign being recreated adding ‘LVJBS—Las Vegas Jamband Society’ to it.
    •
    • ·         C. Brought a tie-dyed Birthday balloon over to our Friend, Jared Eppsteiner, as He recovers in the hospital.
    •
    • Item 5:  Mayor’s Report (Shannon):
    •
    • ·         A. Spoke again with Derrick (agent) & Brian of Hot Buttered Rum regarding their recent plan to get to Vegas.  The mentioned 12/22 event is too close to the Holidays since there are many young children/grandchildren that are focused on.  We offered our assistance by volunteering and promoting their events when nearby or in Las Vegas again.
    •
    • ·         B. 3-Degree Guarantee which works with local non-profits to raise money when the weather forecast is out of the 3-degree forecasted range.  Shannon to contact News3 with the needed paperwork/LVJBS info to get this started.
    •
    • ·         C. Some LVJBS cards were given out at the recent Billy Strings BBLV event.
    •
    • ·         D.   We want to send our love and support to one of our members, Jared E., on a recent medical challenge and wish him luck & support.
    •
    • ·         C.  COLOR:  Saffron (for our Golden Knights!)
    •

    Item 6: Open Floor (all):

*(Greg) Wanted to acknowledge a collective gathering of music fans getting together in a rented park area in our neighboring state of AZ.  The recent ‘Grateful Gathering’ which had some of the AZ Heads, Prescott JRAD, some of the Phoenix crew & others working together to support musicians and one another!
