There are currently 83 paid members in LVJBS of which 6 are subscribed to forum. Stacy is attempting to change our current website home page to be integrated with wildapricot. She is doing this in her spare time so it won't happen tomorrow. We had 300 e-mails in the yahoo group of which only 13 we active e-mails. With wildapricot we can see what e-mails are still active, who clicks on their e-mail and who opens their e-mail which we could n't do with yahoo. So when you thought you were reaching a large group your really were not. We now have 22 registered non-members (Friends of LVJBS) from the yahoo group in wildapricot who receive e-mail blast regarding our events and meetings. To reach a large group use Facebook. To only reach members and non-members, in the interim until we have group e-mails in wildapricot, send your e-mail to me, john tolson at jatolson2932@gmail.com or Greg Serensits at lvsmojoe@yahoo.com and we will forward it to the 105 registered members immediately. To get Forum used by all members they must subscribe to receive notifications when someone post. Not every member wants to be bothered with a barrage of e-mails. I will be sending an e-mail to all members next week explaining this process. Try it and give me your feed back. Talk to other members and tell them to subscribe to increase usage of Forum.
