Item1: President’s Report (Jessica G.):
“Let’s march into April…..”
A. Ad-Partnerships updates:
*BBLV: The Lottery for the after-Phish Sphere late-nights went out last month & the form sent out to paid-LVJBS Members (completion was needed by 4/5- 22 Members submitted their requests.) The randomly chosen winners will be emailed by the start of each week’s events & the guest list sent to BBLV by Wednesday of each week.
Joe Russo’s Almost Dead (JRAD)for July-–We will have two tickets to lottery off to our Members.
*We made contact with Andrew Courtney about the upcoming Virgin Hotel/24 Oxford late-night comp-tickets (Ad-Partnerships) since WSP has been announced and tickets were given in the past. (Unknown about any WSP comps, as of yet.)
Andrew did confirm Dogs In A Pile in January 2027 (& last month, CIRCLES AROUND THE SUN, played Area15.)
**Reggae in the Desert: Saturday, April 18th. We shared their initial promo ad–Hoping for an Ad-partnership. Jaime contacted Downtown Las Vegas/Clark County Amphitheater via email. She did not receive a response.
B. Q2 event: We welcomed PLANCK to the SandDollar LV on Friday, March 27th. We were able to raffle off five of the donated Jammin’On dyes and the ‘psychedelic Snoopy’ T-shirt from David deGroot. We were able to raise $160.
Q3 event would be July-Sept. We will look into this soon since SDLV is booked & requests 3-month notice. Band thoughts: Moksha. Considering weekend of September 18-19. Jaime to inquire and let us know.
C. We are continuing to share/post info for the Brooklyn Bowl LV & SandDollar LV PHISH late-nights and the upcoming SHAKEDOWN TUSCANY events (including the newly mentioned Widespread Panic indoor event).
We are continuing to remind those who contact us for booking/vending that we are simply helping with advertisement this time around & they need to contact the ‘Shakedown Tuscany’ promoters.
D. Instrument Donations:
We currently have & plan to donate in May to help a school for the 26-27 school year (more info TBD):

*VIOLIN (with case-donated by EM)
*LES PAUL EPIPHONE GUITAR (w/ capo, strap, & hard case-donated by EM & recently tuned/ready by Kevin A.)
E. 5k Facebook follower ‘prize gift’. We are currently at 4,907 followers. We plan to give the 5000th follower an annual Membership as a way to promote our page.
Item 2: Vice President’s Report(Jaime H.):
- FUTURE VOLUNTEER EVENT – Update
Three Square Food Bank–‘Volunteer Room Evening Pack’, Mondays, 5-7 PM, max of 15 people. **Considering May 18th or a date later in the Fall. Jamie to follow up.
- B. WATERWHEEL FOUNDATION (via Phish’s ‘give back’ program) will be having a community event and are looking for volunteers during their Sphere run on 4/24 @ 3-Square food bank (11a-1p) & 5/1 @ Opportunity Village (12p-2p). Sign-up & info @ Waterwheelfoundation.org/volunteer
Item 3: TREASURER’S REPORT
● PEF Scholarship: We submitted our choices for the four $500 scholarships (thanks to Jessica & Jaime for helping to narrow down the 25 choices). Recipient names (4) were submitted to their needed form today. Also, two alternate names added in, as requested.
● 2026 DUES/Member updates (as of March 2026 Membership has 46 paid Members)
● Raffle items had: We still have 5 JamminOn dyes (sizes 2x/3x) (courtesy of Jeremy of JamminOn) , the ‘One Show at a Time’ wooden plaque (courtesy of OmGrown Arts), and 2 donated license plates (courtesy of Robert S.)
● The Annual List of Members has been updated
Item 4: SECRETARY’S REPORT (Angela):
- Jessica G. sent the agenda.
Item 5: MAYOR’S REPORT (Haley S.):
COLOR: Canary Yellow
*Update on the LVJBS Memorial Box photo archive: We purchased a carry-box for Haley to keep photos/name cards organized. Haley has the box & will work with JFree on combining his photos/keepsakes with the carry-box.
(Jessica created a Google Form & sent it out to current and past Members to add some names to ensure they are not ‘forgotten’ at our events (due by 3/31) UPDATE: Only two people added names to the form: Jessica–added Dan Robustelli, Howie Green & David deGroot–added himself.)
PRODUCTION REPORT(Greg - absent):
● The Charlie Stevens Band (5-piece bluegrass band from Fort Collins, CO) will be playing the LV Bluegrass Festival on April 11th (Sat.) & are now booked at PUTTER’S BAR & GRILL (Pecos Rd.) for Sunday, 4/12 @ 4:20 PM. They will do an acoustic show, for a food/beverage tab, courtesy of Putters’ manager, Tammy. (Thanks, Greg, for helping Jessica to get this organized.)
● SN-RG (Synergy–a regional Burning Man event) had contacted Jimmy C. who sent them our way. BigE (Eric) wanted to offer the LVJBS a discount for their April 15-19 event. A Facebook post and email to Members was sent out last week. (www.sn-rg.com)
● David Gans is now confirmed for FRIDAY, JULY 10th (6-9 PM) at SoulBelly BBQ. Robert S. joined our meeting with updates:
○ Date might need to be confirmed, closer to, due to pricey gas prices, etc.
○ Three 45 minute sets. David Gans solo, David Gans with Rainin’ Moonshine Band, then The Rainin’ Moonshine Band
○ July 9th -band/production private party with The Rainin’ Moonshine Band (more info TBD)
○ Lodging TBD - Paige to follow up.
○ Paige will also request a W9.
○ We need fliers/ad and to create a FB event
Reminders/notes:
● SHAKY FEELIN’ - Dec. Holidaze party at Garage Mahall (or, for Tecopa in November) *both events TBD
● The Rainin’ Moonshine Bandinquired about a future ‘Garage MaHall’ event.
● The Motet or Dopapod (considerations for a 2026 show since those shows went well last time through Las Vegas!)
● RUSTIC LOUNGE on Boulder Highway (future booking location option—Angela made contact w/ friend of owner, DeziLou. Concerns are their low-compensation for bands. More info TBD.)

*Welcome, Robert S.:
Robert mentioned Dead Marley Mathews band from Southern California for possible future gig.
*Website update: Samantha Schwartz has been working on our new website-to-be. Samantha’s goal was to have it launched by March’s end. (Her next step was to call into the PMP for their recommendations on how to proceed with the Member-data imports.
When posting events, venue names need to be exactly the same. A ‘dropdown’‘ list was suggested.
UPDATE: Jessica contacted Samantha yesterday. Sam is moving a lot over in regard to the ‘domain’. Sam provided 2-loom videos reviewing her progress and next steps.
● Additional time spent with domain, since it is not hosted on GoDaddy as previously thought
● She is transferring membership data to the new site. Once the site is live, active members will receive an email notification announcing the new updated website, their new account information and prompt to create a password.
● Jamie will draft the needed email templates and follow up with Sam.
● Paige to contact Sam to set up a follow-up meeting.
