Attendees: Jessica G., Jaime H., Angela C., Haley S., Greg S., Michael A., & Jeffrey T.
Item1: President’s Report (Jessica G.):
“Happy March! Hope it’s a lucky month for all!”
A. Ad-Partnerships updates:
*BBLV: Joe Russo’s Almost Dead (JRAD) for July–We will have two tickets to lottery off to our Members.
*We have been trying to contact Andrew Courtney about the upcoming Virgin Hotel/24 Oxford late-night comp-tickets (Ad-Partnerships) since WSP has been announced and tickets were given in the past.
Greg emailed promoter Andrew several times. Andrew responded during our meeting. He’s yet to respond to Terrapin Flyer or Joe Marcinek due to his busy work schedule.
Andrew did confirm Dogs In A Pile in January 2027 and Circles Around the Sun (still TBD).
**Reggae in the Desert: Takes place on Saturday, April 18th. We shared their initial promo ad–Hoping for an Ad-partnership. Jaime contacted Downtown Las Vegas/Clark County Amphitheater via email. No response yet & plans to phone.
B. Q2 event with Sand Dollar:Jessica to send Planck & Nathan email RE: Planck (Friday, March 27th)--’early Q2 event’ due to the busy April/May months of music. (**The Q2 event has been confirmed since the 3/3 meeting.)
C. We are continuing to share/post info for the PHISH late-nights and SHAKEDOWN TUSCANY events. (The Shakedown Tuscany Coordinators contacted Tiffany (via Instagram) to offer a table/booth & she reminded them that we are simply helping with advertisement this time around.)
D. Instrument Donations: The donated Viola (from Lizzy) was tuned up by one of Jessica’s Colleagues/Mariachi Directors. (A new viola bow was also donated from KMS.) The name of Las Vegas High School’s ORCHESTRA Director was given & contact was made (new contact TBD.) We discussed a later date–April or May– so the instrument would be available for the new school year.
(Also, we were contacted by ‘EM’ this week, who had some musical gear to donate our way. She brought them to our meeting (beginner’s Violin/case & a Les Paul Epiphone Guitar w/ capo, strap, & hard case–both were in great condition! Jessica created a letter and provided our 501c3 donation paperwork her way.)
E. Greg Blanco (runs a Vegas website called STRIPSTUMBLE.com) contacted us regarding his created ‘guide’ for the Phish Sphere run. (lists music around town during the Phish weekends).
F. Checked out the RUSTIC LOUNGE (on Boulder Hwy, near Sunset Rd.) when Delilah’s Dead played last weekend. They have an area for a band to set-up play (pool tables/darts.) They pay cash to the band, allow tip jar, & beverage stipend. (We would need to contact DeziLou who is friends with the bar owners if interested for future bookings.) Angela to Follow Up.
Item 2: Vice President’s Report (Jaime H.):

Jaime has contact info and list of current volunteer opportunities–Best one for our group would be the ‘Volunteer Room Evening Pack’, Mondays, 5-7 PM, max of 15 people. **Considering May 18th or a date later in the Fall.
