A.    Ad-Partnerships updates:

*BBLV: Cory Wong was announced for an April 2026 event & Joe Russo’s Almost Dead (JRAD) for July.  (Jessica hasn’t yet heard back on any confirmation for an ad-partnership collaboration.)

**We hope to inquire with Andrew about the upcoming Virgin Hotel/24 Oxford late-night comp-tickets (Ad-Partnerships) since the WSP has been announced and tickets were given in the past. (Greg has emailed promoter Andrew Courtney several times–no response yet to either the Terrapin Flyer folks or Joe Marcinek.)

*Reggae in the Desert:  We shared their initial promo ad–Hoping for an Ad-partnership. (Last meeting Jaime to contact Downtown Las Vegas/Clark County Amphitheater – no update today.)

*Backstage Bar & Billiards (via Tiffany who has been sharing on IG (& now on FB) and speaking with Darrell ‘Roots Rhythm’/Art from ‘Sin City Reggae Dealers’) has asked us for a possible Ad-Partnership for this weekend’s Reggae BOBFEST  (Feb. 6th, 7 PM, $25 tix.) (We declined due to lack of communication and too short of notice.)

*House of Blues (via Tiffany) might offer us comp-tix for an Ad-Partnership for ONE DROP REDEMPTION (Bob Marley Tribute Band). (Shared on IG & FB)

B.    Recap on our Quarterly event with the SandDollar LV: Q1 event:  PRESCOTT JRAD, Friday, January 23rd. ($210 profit made from raffle/donations! No license plates sold.)

Q2 event:  Update on Joe Marcinek WSP May late-night? (Greg has emailed Andrew several times, no response yet.)

C. We are continuing to share/post info for the PHISH late-nights and SHAKEDOWN TUSCANY events.

D Instrument Donation:  The donated Viola (from Lizzy) was tuned up by one of Jessica’s Colleagues/Mariachi Directors. (A new viola bow was also donated from KMS.)  The name of Las Vegas High School’s ORCHESTRA Director was given & contact with Mr. Bushey was made.  He looked into some dates/times that ‘could work’ for a presentation & came up with an 8:30 AM- 9:00 AM time frame for Wednesday, February 18th.  (We discussed a later date–April or May– so the instrument would be available for the new school year.)

E.Adopt-A-Highway Annual application had expired.  (They usually send an FYI our way beforehand.  This time, the new person did not.)  The new application was sent today, 2/3, asking us to renew/send in within 14 days to keep it going.  A new application was completed, signed, sent today.

F.  UNLV donations contact name given to Jessica (from Dan Bubb), a retired professor.  (UNLV VP of the ‘Foundation’”  CINDY RIBELLI - for future contact if desired)
