Ventura, CA is home to the powerhouse quintet known as Shaky Feelin’. Their reputation precedes them, starting with groove-based double drum sound and shredding guitar solos. The catchy, sun-drenched songs instantly spark dance parties wherever they go. This high-energy jamband mix elements of rock, reggae, bluegrass and funk to create live shows that leave a lasting impression. They draw inspiration from bands like Phish, the Grateful Dead, Sublime, the Disco Biscuits and The Beatles. This amalgamation of influences all add up to the signature Shaky Feelin’ sound.
The creativity of the band allows for amazing song writing with a “let’s never play it the same way twice” attitude. A fearless approach to improvisation on stage, deep communication and powerful musicianship have been honed through years of experience. Shaky Feelin’ shows are positive, high-energy journeys that quickly pull audiences together into a unified spirit. The whole band is stellar, but it’s the high-flying guitar playing of Mark Masson that tends to light the fuse.
