The Ween shows are fast approaching and we have been asked by Relix to help them with their magazine subscription table at each show.
Below is a tentative schedule of what positions are available to volunteer. These positions will be offered to all LVJBS members and the Friends of LVJBS. We will need 2 people for each set and for the Bowling Tournament. It is now open for a volunteer to be able to work multiple nights. If the set has been filled, there will be a waiting list for each position in case of cancellations.
Schedule:
Thursday, March 19th
Shift 1: 5:30 - Set Break (set filled)
Shift 2: Set Break - End of Show
Friday, March 20th
Bowling Tournament: 11:30-3(?)
Shift 1: 5:30 - Set Break
Shift 2: Set Break - End of Show (set filled)
Saturday, March 21st
Each group of volunteers will work one set of the show and then be free to attend the remaining show on the day they are scheduled. So the volunteer gets one night free admission on the day they are scheduled.
Registration begins March 7th and will end on March 11th.
Remember, you will be representing Relix and LVJBS so please be in the right state of mind on the day you are scheduled to volunteer. We will be accepting cash and credit cards and our accounting must be accurate.
